We are the place.

1. Please secure the date first (start by filling out the form below).

2. A deposit will be required if your party requires us to close the salon to other customers or requires nail technicians to work beyond regular operating hours. No date is guaranteed without a deposit paid.

3. Each party has a minimum spend of £300 on services.

4. Once a deposit is received, you will receive an itinerary listing the appointments and costs.

5. These services are subject to lateness and cancellation policies. We require one (1) week’s notice for cancellation or service changes. 50% of the cancelled service will be charged if appointments are cancelled after that time. The total amount of the original service will be charged for services changed in less than two (2) days before the event.

6. Your promptness is required and appreciated to effectively accommodate your group. We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointments. We cannot guarantee appointments for guests arriving more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment. This is considered a no-show, and 50% of that service might be charged.

7. We provide a complimentary beverage for each guest receiving the service. Should you wish to enjoy anything additional, please discuss with us your wishes.
